Get to know the foundation of the TALE Academy

Updated: Oct 5, 2023

In June 2022, the New York State Department of Education published the Quality Remote/Hybrid Teaching: The Flexible Futures Instructional Framework. This framework, known as the QRT Framework, helps teachers to adapt to evolving educational environments using promising practices that emerged from focus groups, in-depth interviews, and feedback from over 10,000 K-12 stakeholders in New York State.

The TALE Academy is grounded in the QRT framework and “brings to life” the QRT’s promising practices with illustrative examples, colorful infographics, stories from New York State educators, and additional strategies for teaching across learning environments!
