Tiffany Coyle is a tenured professor with 10 years of higher education experience and 10 years of P-12 teaching experience. She earned her Doctorate in Teaching and Curriculum with an emphasis in special education and literacy and a certificate in Program Evaluation from the University of Rochester. The courses she teaches focus on preparing future teachers in the areas of literacy, teaching students with different abilities, classroom management, curriculum design and lesson planning, and conducting research in education. She serves as Accreditation Coordinator for the Division of Education at Keuka College and is a grant writing consultant specializing in grants through the National Science Foundation and US Department of Education.

As a dedicated Earth Science educator, I've spent the past three years refining my skills in lesson planning, curriculum development, and classroom management while coaching the Science Olympiad team. My passion for Earth Science stems from a desire to instill curiosity and critical thinking in my students. I prioritize creating an inclusive learning environment, integrating restorative practices and equitable strategies. Collaborating on rigorous curriculum materials, I aim to empower students to address global challenges like climate change. Holding degrees from Le Moyne College, Anglia Ruskin University and Grand Canyon University, I remain committed to ongoing professional growth and inspiring the next generation of scientists.

I’ve been in education for over 22 years now. I transitioned from the classroom to educational technology as a coach and leader. My background is Marketing and Professional and Technical Communications. Being a former Business Teacher really helped me transition to my current role, helping teachers integrate technology into their classrooms. I find it engaging, rewarding , and ever-changing. I’m passionate about my career and family. I enjoy being active, travel, and time spent with friends.

Tim Cox, Deputy Superintendent at CA BOCES, has built a career that exemplifies a profound dedication to rural education, beginning in the classroom and evolving into influential servant leadership. Raised and educated in rural New York, Tim's professional journey is marked by a deep commitment to ensuring that students in similar settings receive a comprehensive and enriching education. His leadership is characterized by a forward-thinking approach that seeks to innovate and improve educational practices, making them more inclusive and effective. With over two decades in the field, Tim's work continues to impact the landscape of rural education, aiming to provide every student with the opportunities to achieve their full potential.

After graduating from SUNY Oswego's secondary education program, I began my career as a social studies teacher at CiTi BOCES' C.A.R.E. Program, located in Mexico, New York. It was at this alternative high school that I've been immersed in the world of blended learning and creating education experiences founded in social/emotional development. We house 50 students that have the support of three core curriculum teachers, a special education teacher, a school counselor, and several other drug/alcohol/health/relationship counselors. I've been lucky enough to work with students from all walks of life at our C.A.R.E Program- but our typical students are ones that represent a variety of need, such as anxiety, depression, or teen pregnancy.

Rosalie is based in Central New York and has lived there her entire life. She attended LeMoyne College and received her undergraduate degree in mathematics. She began teaching math in the public school system, and then taught in a private school for 12 years. She received her masters degree in literacy from Touro College, and soon became the reading and math specialist, as well as special services coordinator at the private school. After a few years, Rosalie became certified in Special Education and left private school to become a math coach in the public school system. Eventually she became a special education teacher and has been one for the past seven years at LaFayette Big Picture School.

Mollie Cahill is a certified instructor in ELA and Theatre with a deep appreciation for the role of technology in education. She provides professional learning opportunities to Ulster County educators, delving into a spectrum of technology subjects, with a specific emphasis on generative AI. She is also thoroughly invested in the areas of asynchronous, online, and digital learning platforms, with a deep understanding of the pedagogy and philosophy behind project and process-based education guiding her work in that area. She firmly believes that the surge of generative AI not only underscores the urgency to revolutionize education, but that it actively facilitates this transformation by removing hurdles and enhancing efficiency.

Special Education Teacher with over 15 years of teaching experience at the middle, high, and community college levels. I am an alumni of Southern Illinois University, University of South Carolina, and Regent University. Proven experience in using technology and differentiated instruction to help students master taught standards and to retain skills necessary to meet their educational needs and goals.

I have over 11 years of experience in the Field of Education. I began in East Harlem (Archdiocese of New York) serving a high population of English Language Learners and families. I went on to serve in the New York City Department of Education as a General, Bilingual and Dual Language teacher. I, then, became a Literacy Coach for about 4 years. I provided tools and resources through coaching cycles, data analysis and professional development to the teachers, school administration and school district. As a coach, she also provided small group Tier 2 intervention to English Language Learners. In my current role, I support 143 Hudson Valley districts with providing an equitable and culturally inclusive education.

Maria has been teaching English as a new language to the predominantly refugee population at T.R. Proctor High School, Utica NY since 2007 and served as a department chair since 2013. She is a National Board Certified teacher who enjoys supervising student teachers entering the field of education. Maria constantly works with institutions of higher education such as Syracuse University, CUNY Graduate Center, and the University at Albany to advance her teaching practice. She taught online graduate level classes for TESOL program at Clarkson University. She served on several committees with the New York State Education Department to advocate for interests of English language learners.

Staff Development Coordinator with over 12 years of experience in education including teaching secondary mathematics, instructional coaching, and designing and implementing professional development programs that promoting equity and inclusion in education. Passionate about empowering educators and leveraging expertise to drive meaningful change and innovation in educational practice.

With a varied background including teacher, parent, professional developer, and administrator, I've gathered a wealth of experience in education. At Nassau BOCES, I spearheaded educational technology training and supported districts in their transition to hybrid/remote learning during COVID. In my current role at the Center for Online Learning, I manage various programs, grants, and partnerships, demonstrating a commitment to enriching educational experiences with partner districts across Long Island and New York State. My educational philosophy centers on fostering inclusive environments that prioritize social-emotional development, and equitable learning. I am by driven by a passion for positive impact and progress.
