Welcome, Vital Educators, to Part 2 of the program. We are moving to the finish line! This week you received preliminary guidance on selecting a pathway for developing training or action plans as your final product. We encourage you in the coming weeks to use the forum to share some of your ideas or questions with your fellow VES. Ask for feedback, network to find thought partners on a particular topic, suggest resources, share your thoughts on what components of a module you may be focusing on for training or action plan purposes and why, see if there is someone who might want to serve as a peer reviewer for your plan. (More information will be forthcoming on the peer review process.)

The forum will be useful as we all work on our final products. The other participants have been great to work with in our debrief sessions and I'm sure they will be wonderful thought partners for Part 2.
